The Motion for a Select Committee of Inquiry along with the charges read out against Principal Chief John D. Red Eagle on the floor of the Osage Nation Congress on July 8, 2013, was seconded by Congressman Daniel Boone.

Congressman Archie Mason was not in attendance and as a result, did not vote on the Motion. This Committee has been created and formed as of July 9, 2013.
